Our classes are a great way to meet other ladies, have fun and get some exercise while you are at it.
We dance to all types of music making it a fun learning experience.
Bring change of shoes that are comfortable and have some movement.
*NO BLACK SOLES | NO BOOTS
Bring water and a good attitude and you are good to go!
